Is ESO open?

Yes. ESO is open and supporting our customers. Our team is working from home to ensure the health and well-being of our team, their loved ones, and communities. Rest assured, ESO’s employees and technology are ready for this transition, and we are 100% ready and able to support you. 

How do I contact ESO support?

ESO support is available via the normal phone and email channels. Please call 866-766-9471, option 3 if you would like to speak with our support team. 

I have an in-person meeting scheduled with ESO. Is that still happening?

We have canceled near-term business travel and in-person meetings to support the health of our team and customers. We have the capabilities to transition these meetings to video calls. If you have questions about transitioning a meeting to a video call or rescheduling it, please reach out to your ESO contact; they will work with you to meet your needs.  

Are there COVID-19 specific features in our software?

There are a combination of COVID-19 specific features and long-standing features that can effectively be used to help manage your clinical and operational data. Visit the Product Update page for more information.
